The second component, due in Week 7, will be a draft of your entire presentation, which will describe how the logistics, distribution, and warehousing concepts you learned in the course apply to the company you have chosen. You will expound upon opportunities to improve logistics and implement change through processes, tools, and techniques. You will need to provide references from where you obtained your information.
