Pick 2-3 of the following:
-Biases in the coverage that seem related to values, reasoning, or credibility. what values seem taken for granted or most favored? what kinds of evidence and what kinds of claims seem to be most valued? what does the story seem to find trustworthy or believable, and what does it seem to distrust?

That is, it should talk about how you see the news coverage you’ve studied as being situated (happening in a particular place and time), motivated (shaped by people’s motives), epistemic (creating new knowledge rather than simply transmitting existing knowledge), embodied (gaining meaning not just by its ideas by its material form), and world-making (shaping the ecology and world it takes part in). Third, it should use the predictive power of rhetorical theory to consider strategies the news coverage could use to better represent its subject.
