This is a reflection paper of at least 2 pages, in APA format; no references are needed. I’m attaching the images with the instructions as well as a document explaining the experience I had during the clinical hours. I would need it to be rephrased and the grammar revised.
The paper needs to include the following:
During my clinical rotation at the daycare, I worked with kids ranging from 6 months old to 5 years old, and in the after-school program with kids from 6 up to 12 years old. At the daycare, we took care of the kids by providing them with snacks and periodically feeding them. In the morning, their teeth were cleaned, and hygiene measures were applied as needed. The kids will change clothes at midday, the pampers are changed as needed, and their faces and hands are cleaned with wipes as needed as well. babies and kids this age get sick often so hygiene measures need to be applied strictly and consistently.
At the daycare the kids have toys, age-appropriate beds, and playpen for the kids to play and rest in during nap time. Once the nap time is over the diapers will be changed, they receive the snacks and then they play with different toys and age-appropriate books. Parents and family members will start picking up the kids during the afternoon.
In the afterschool hours, kids will perform activities like coloring, manual art, and crafts, Snacks will be provided, and afterwards, they will be taken to the bathrooms and perform hand washing. and then they will be taken to the playground in green areas where they will play freely under supervision. At this time parents and family members will start picking up the kids.
overall the class was good experience and i was able to learn plenty from my clinical hours while visiting Bethany Academy. i got to get familiar with kids and their behaviors and how to talk to them and take care of them.
