One such model that has helped this firm achieve its current success is ISO 9000:2008. This model has helped in defining quality on the systems of the organization with the view to ensuring that the firm there is the maximum satisfaction of the customer. The model starts with the definition of customers’ needs and ends with customers’ satisfaction in the market.
