I would suggest a structure like:
Introduction incl. RQ
Theoretical framework (you can use both course texts and other texts)
Case descriiption
Analysis
Conclusion
An example – Sheffield early took an identity as a sanctuary city. Possible RQs: What characterizes the policy framework of Sheffield? Who are the involved actors and stakeholders? How does Sheffield’s polices compare to national policies?
Possible literature – texts on sanctuary and solidarity cities (Harald Bauder, Vicky Squire, Jonathan Darling, Martin & Óscar etc.)
