By introducing and implementing a cloud-based storage solution, the company can store its data and access them more conveniently. External hard drives are volatile and easily destroyed storage devices, making them an issue when used by the company (Roy et al., 2022). Additionally, this method of data backup can also cause data duplication.

Data sharing is presently conducted at every location differently and saved on a distinct server at each location. Employees are currently exchanging information through email around the company to share.
