Healthcare executives make actions that impact nursing in the United States. In a continuously changing setting, managers aid teams and businesses in achieving their full potential. Some examples of leadership skills include emotional competence, speedy and adaptable judgment calls, efficient conversation, technological administration, and relationship building (Metzger et al., 2020). For instance, as a manager in the healthcare industry, I was more capable of recognizing verbal, nonverbal, and physical indicators and taking the appropriate action to address personnel and customer problems. Additionally, I developed interpersonal and professional ties with like-minded people to promote organizational goals. As a competent leader, I got to know people’s true passions and emotions and understand how existing and emerging technological advancements enhance organizational tasks and decision-making within the healing environment.
