Health practitioners can work happily and enjoy the working environment if only the boss gives clear priorities such as salary increments and off days. Some health specialists are forced to work for more hours but are still paid low salaries because some hospitals are forced to reduce staff. A survey showed that 53% of nurses lived with stress and fatigue and had no control over providing quality healthcare (Choi & Ha, 2018). Managing conflicts between employees and managing developing difficulties can lead to innovative ideas, enhancements, improved work relations, as well as happier working conditions.
As the manager of the company, Charlotte is supposed to focus most on the cause of the post on Facebook rather than taking negative action such as job sacking or giving compulsory leave.
