The modern innovative achievements in the sphere of technology influence the educational sphere and some new methodologies and instruments are created in order to improve school life and to provide better education for its students. Leadership at schools is the crucial point for good development, as every work should be supervised and this supervision influences all school’s areas. Considering the situation in one of the schools from the point of view of its supervision effectiveness, such sections were focused on School Climate, Communication or Interaction, and Supervisory Climate. These sections were both productive and corresponded to the norms and at the same time had some defects, which are going to be analyzed.

A positive school climate is very important in the students’ life as it is one of the main issues for enhancing the learning process. A healthy school climate may help teachers to improve the learning process and to make grade results higher. Communication and interaction, as well as supportive and supervisory climate, are the main guarantee of friendly relations at school among its members (Juvonen et al, 2004).

Investigating the climate of the school, it was discovered that the school administration cares about the environment greatly and tries to facilitate it for the students. The butterfly garden and the geography patio are facilities that help students to relax on the school territory, to free their minds from the studying process, which is very important in the middle of the learning process. The standards are followed in the classroom furnishing and curriculum comprising, which with the interaction of teachers’ professionalism provide productive work in class. A supportive school environment is impossible without strict discipline, which is followed. The named school cares greatly about discipline and the special punishment methodology is provided in order not just to punish the child but to teach him/her and learn a good lesson, in order to avoid recidivation.

Focusing on the communication or interaction section in the school, it is necessary to emphasize that students are in constant interaction while staying at school. Communication and interaction during class activities and in the rest time are very important as it is the main guarantee of success. To be best at its field, the school should have rules of communication. The leaders of the school are sure that it is impossible to bring up a social person without teaching him/her rules of behavior and communication therefore school provides the rules which should be followed both by students and staff (such as communicational rules, dress code, and other models). Students are involved in the conversation by teachers while lessons, and as a result, the level of the educational process is raised as the truth is born in dispute.

The productive supervisory climate is crucial, as the whole educational process should be followed in order to be successful. It is very important that leaders of schools instruct the teachers and at the same time teachers are free for criticizing and evaluate leaders’ actions. While setting goals and objectives by leaders, the teachers’ opinion is taken into consideration. There are no strict rules and methodologies according to the learning process and teachers are free to use their creativity and imagination to impart knowledge into students’ heads. The interaction of leaders with students and teachers may be provided through personal conversation, and all the participants of the educational process feel free for using e-mails and visiting regular meetings.

The named school’s governmental and educational processes have both advantages and disadvantages, some techniques are successful and some are failed. The main advantage is the fact that leaders of the school and the teachers are in the constant process of interaction. Leaders of the school set their goals and objectives but at the same time, they do not provide the pressure on the teachers which technique to use. The advantage is that teachers are free to use any methods and technologies in the learning process which they seem the most appropriate to the situation. The profit is seen on both teachers, who are free in their choice, and students, who use the methodology which fits the teacher. It is very important when the teacher is satisfied with the work they do. In this case, the results are higher, as a teacher feels free in the method he/she had used (LePage & Sockett, 2002).

The leader’s free strategy is seen in the advice they provide (not pressure) and free contact with them. The meetings are provided in order to listen to the teachers’ offers about the improvement of the learning process. The teachers are free to contact the leaders and to give their reasonable remarks and suggestions about the improvement of the learning process.

Several defects also occur in this school, such as involvement in the school activities of teachers and providing effective communication strategies. Focusing on the first problem it is crucial to mention that only 12 teachers have organizational responsibilities before the administration of the school. In other words, while some school activity is provided, only these 12 teachers are going to be involved in the organizational process. The other teachers stay aside and they are bored with the whole fuss which flows behind them. This defect influences the whole school life as it is rather strange to see uninterested people, while the great movement in the school occurs. The other side of the problem is that the 12 responsible teachers are too tired and help may be very necessary.

The problems of lack of effective listening and communicational strategies, and the curriculum providing and development also occur at school. It is possible to avoid the problem, but there is nobody who is responsible for comprising these strategies. The agendas are not set, and the conclusion may be made that the school staff does not care about the curriculum development that is a great disadvantage. The modern world requires constant movement forward and the absence of developmental process may put this school far back. Progress is very important especially in the field of education, as an educated nation is good support for the development of its country.

In conclusion, it should be mentioned that the analysis of the schools is a very important issue, as considering the school climate, communication or interaction, and supervisory climate a lot of information can be gathered and conclusions made, which may help to support the rate of the education on the high level and to give the opportunity for other schools to follow the example. Studying in a healthy environment, children get good education and upbringing, which in the interaction with good communicational skills, also achieved at school, may form a deserving member of the society. Corporate and successful work of the leaders of the school and the staff is the guarantee of further development and improvement of the educational process.
