Part 1: Informed Consent, Agreement, and Coaching Plan
Write an executive coaching informed consent, agreement, and coaching plan between the coach, client, and sponsor (List all stakeholders) for the company selected. Make sure you are tailoring all of the materials to the company.
Develop the informed consent form, coaching agreement, and the coaching plan for an individual within an organization. Take into consideration the coach, individual, and organization relationship when constructing your plan. Remember to use your coaching business’ marketing elements.
If you have already written elements of the Informed Consent in another class, remember to update the necessary elements to align it with Executive Coaching. Your document should include the following in the correct sections:
Responsibilities of coach and client (consider the logistics of the coaching arrangement, agendas, cell phones, etc.)
Boundaries of confidentiality you will set as the coach, with the client and organization or other stakeholders (communication in session and out of sessions, meeting time, etc.)
Cost of coaching.
A clarification of personal and professional goals of the coaching between the client/company (aligning the client’s and the business’ professional and personal goals to obtain the the desired outcomes).
A timeline to reach the goals of coach and client, including benchmarks for improvement.
Check-in points, which includes a self-reflection of what is working with the client and what is not working, how to adjust, checking in with client to see if they feel they are making progress.
Guidelines for leaving the coaching relationship (reflective questions, future goals, how will they use skills learned, etc.)
Coach’s follow-up.
Part 2: Video
Using Canva, create a 3-minute video to answer the following questions: Why are you passionate about this company? How does it align with your mission, vision, and personal career goals? Make sure to include a link to the video in your assignment.
Use four to six scholarly resources to support your explanations. You will be graded based on the evidence and the theoretical research or framework to support your argument or claim.
This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.
