Purchasing course provides an introduction to basic concepts and issues in quality management and the functions that a person can play in an organization having completed this course. This program is set for a person who has interest in working in purchasing, supply chain management or procurement. In this course a person will be introduced to the various aspects of the supply chain environment which includes enterprise resource planning systems and requirement systems. This is important for a student to have a view of what is required for one to succeed in planning, acquisition, flow and distribution that is from raw materials to finished products. This course has also focus in management function and the skills and resources that develop a successful manager. This will mean that there are topics like corporate culture, working successfully with teams, developing and implementation and management strategies, work flow and performance management meaning tat a person will be in right place and will be able to work in the post of a manager. In this course a person is able to learn purchasing strategies and skills so that he or she can help save income for their businesses and increase the value to their company. A student learns how to become a successful entrepreneur and develop understanding on basics of marketing management and the strategies that are involved in developing of a marketing plan. This is important because it will lead a company to have high sales leading to high profits. To raise work productivity the manager has to ensure that there is worker motivation in terms of providing promotions and other benefits that are important in an organization. a manager should be able foster a productive work environment in that the working environment should be favorable in terms of equipments and other services that are required by a person. This will mean that if a worker is in need of certain equipments then they should be readily available so that they can boost him or her in production. (David, 2003)
This will mean that an organization will know how to go about workers who are lazy and report late in work this is done mainly to come up with right change that are required for production to be raised. A manager can take the role of a coordinator in that he or she should be able to manage projects. But with finance from other institutions then it will mean that changes in a business will be made as a person will be able to make changes in production which will lead to high production. Therefore a person can be able to have funding sources and he or she can be effective if he makes a plan on how to get this income. In going to the friends and family members where you received the first income to begin the business then you can get more income and if your first loan was not formalized then make sure that there are documents that will be set so that one can know how to repay this loan and make a plan that will assist him or her.

There is another way where a person can be able to approach vendors so that they can get materials for their products. If one has to open another location then he or she should know the best ways for expansion. This is important so that the second location that has to be opened should be in line with the first business that has been successful. In opening this new business then one should be able to make profit like the original business therefore he orb she should be consistent and have steady growth for this business. One should look at the trends that are both economic and consumer in that the consumers that have been in use of this product should be maintained so that the business can have the same power that it had before.
One should ensure that the management team and administrative systems are extraordinary in that those who run the operations of the organization should be well experienced so that they can bring high sales. A person should prepare a complete business plan which is important as there is no business that can succeed with a plan. This plan should be comprehensive but well understandable by all in the business. In starting a new business then one should not look at the amount of income he or she has but should base the opening of business on product selling. This is because he or she is the manager in organization therefore should know what to do in times when vacations are required. This is the responsibility of an entrepreneur to offer trainings to people so that there can be high production made in present and in future. The salary matters in that depending on work that is done then they should have salaries that will lead to motivation of employees to produce more. The salaries should be high so that they can change the living standards of these workers.
