For a preschool teacher, one of the most important functions is to promote children’s social and emotional development. This way, children can be taught how to react to certain situations and act correctly. An example of such interaction can be preparing a game scenario so that children share valuable toys. In this way, they will learn to deal with their emotions better. Another element of a learning strategy might be teaching children ways to soothe their emotions. This may include proper breathing techniques to control upset.

It should be noted that the emotional and social component is one of the most critical aspects of the development of children. In this regard, it is necessary to pay sufficient attention to this practice. Properly teaching them to recognize their emotions can help children better deal with stress later on. To develop specific skills, it is necessary to use various methods such as visual aids and role-playing games.
