Q1: Students are so independent, they know their routine well and have self motivation to work on their work. However, IEP students need more encouragement. I’ve tried to encourage them, successfully helped two IEP, but still can’t get trust from Student H and J, they are the hardest ones to me. Their moods swing so fast, and hard to follow.
Q2: This week, I helped in the G5-7 class, they are learning about Muscular and Skeletal system, I helped the class to prepare and teach them how to dissect a chickens foot, they showed their interest and excited.
Q3: Yes, I won the trust from Student A and C. Student A smile at me whenever he sees me, he likes to work on his work with me. Student C doesn’t need my help to wok on things at all, but at least he will open himself to talk with me, listen to me.
