The purpose of this paper is to provide you with a written forum in which to discuss your experience negotiating the exercises completed in class and your overall thoughts regarding negotiation after having taken this course. The paper is expected to be reflective and comparative. The paper should include the following: your initial impression of negotiation on the first day of class before completing coursework, your current thoughts on negotiation, how your thoughts toward negotiation have evolved since beginning this course.
The paper should also include the three (3) most important concepts you believe that you learned from this course and who you intend to apply that knowledge outside of class. You must include a minimum of four (4) references to the textbook or other classroom materials. Citations may be parenthetical textual citations or footnotes. Each citation must be according to APA formatting style standards. Finally, the paper should include information on the following: what chapters of the text have most influenced your thoughts and feelings toward negotiation, what coursework (including classroom discussions and exercises) have most influenced your view, and what types of business agreements you believe that you are best able to negotiate and least able to negotiate following your completion of this course.
