morning class and Professor Largaspada, Dennis on board. I felt like
Ethical Universalism is the best approach when dealing with bribery,
because it promotes an on going ethical framework that goes beyond the
limit of culture differences.
If foreign bribery is publishable or criminalized it can be done
legally in its state. This is based on Ethical Absolutism, then bribery
is also liable if given in a foreign country.
Foreign bribery must be destroyed because it distorts free and fair
markets, disadvantages honest and ethical companies and threatens
national security and sustainable development.
