o Prioritize two proposed HR action items that: 1) stem from findings, 2) have enough content to be understandable and actionable (1-2 sentences); 3) are mindful of limitations of your approach, including inability to make causal conclusions. Prioritization draws from statistical findings (e.g., standardized regression model, % likelihood of measures) and/or outside research.*
o Include 1 visualization in Executive Summary connected to approach, findings and/or HR action items. Think outside the box! Be sure to reference & describe insight of visualization in Executive Summary.
o APA citation style for in-text citation and reference list, if use references in Executive Summary
*Note: In HR action items, be mindful of the fact that regression analysis identifies associations, not causal effects (i.e., when formulating your action items, think about: What do these results suggest? What further lines of inquiry are implied from these results? What next steps would be required for making causal conclusions?). It is possible that an HR action item is a targeted plan for a pilot (i.e., an experimental-based data collection effort).
