Scholars interested in the issue of obesity among patients have highlighted the significance of being careful when choosing a diet for them. He further argues that the above can be achieved by reducing the proportion of calories intake (Rolls, 2005). For a patient to succeed in the process of reducing the calories intake, they ought to be knowledgeable on what constitutes a healthy diet.
