The history of the company started almost twenty-four years ago when it was established by three businessmen. In the beginning of the twenty-first century, the popularity of the products sold by the company among the users began to increase rapidly, and its founders were able to buy some of the companies that had earlier belonged to their business rivals. In general, it can be said that the company was quite successful from the very beginning of its activity in the market.
Another important point related to the company is its current financial position. To begin with, it can be said that their market share is still increasing if we speak about the sphere of graphics market. Thus, as it is clear from the data reported in many sources, last year the company managed to increase its market share by more than two percent which is an important result (Mujtaba, 2016). Therefore, the discussed company seems to be more successful and popular among users if compared to its business rivals who are also supposed to be the leaders in the field; as it is clear from the discussed source, their rates of development are lower than ones of Nvidia Corporation.

As for sustainability in connection with the discussed company and its performance, it can be supposed that Nvidia Corporation will be able to increase its market share due to many reasons. To begin with, there is no doubt that representatives and leaders of the company manage to work in accordance with the values that are supposed to define the principles of its work. Moreover, there are a lot of established companies that appreciate the methods of work implemented in Nvidia and values that it supports (“2016 sustainability report,” 2016). Due to these factors together with popularity of the products among customers, the company will be likely to improve its performance even more.
There are a few corporate governance policies developed by the management of the discussed organization in order to control processes taking place within the company in a more effective manner.
