Achieving organizational success requires a combination of factors such as good leadership, diversity, a motivated workforce to the spirit of teamwork, and an inclusive workplace environment among others (Hewstone, Johnston, & Aird, 2002). Second, they will easily convince them to accept the proposed changes because they will make their work more enjoyable, increase their marketability, or even increase their revenue by attracting more clients (Auld, 2014). Heterogeneous teams are the best option for addressing the challenge of change management in an organization.
