The qualifications of congressional representatives must be high because they have a great responsibility. In addition, they must constantly improve it through various courses and improvement of their knowledge. In todays world, it is only possible to remain competitive and efficient with knowledge of technology. New forms of work and employment are transforming the nature and conditions of work, changing skill requirements, and replacing traditional forms of work organization and sources of income (Johnson & Wetmore, 2021). They offer opportunities, especially for developing countries, to venture into new growth sectors and catch up with more developed countries.
At the same time, new technologies affect the functioning of labor markets and challenge the effectiveness of existing labor market institutions, with far-reaching implications for the number of jobs, their quality, and the diversity of opportunities they entail. 70% of the representatives in Congress are trained in technology, which again proves this fields importance and prevalence. Many of todays processes are going electronic, so representatives in Congress need to understand them to remain competitive and efficient.
My family members agreed with my opinion; they believe their representatives should be highly qualified and interested in expanding their horizons and knowledge. My loved ones are not aware of the names and qualifications of congressional representatives, but they are satisfied with their work. They believe that only people who are qualified and knowledgeable in technology can do their job well, keep up to date, and evolve with the constant progress of the modern world.
Gender equality is a basic human right and a necessary foundation for peace, prosperity, and sustainable development. Progress has been made in recent decades: more girls are in school, fewer girls are forced into early marriages, more women are in parliament and leadership positions, and laws are being reformed to ensure gender equality (Coe et al., 2019). However, long-standing beliefs remain in upbringing that form some misconceptions. For example, it is commonly believed that women are less likely to think analytically and understand technology than men. Many people think a womans role is to raise children and create comfort, but this is not true. There is no scientific evidence that womens brains are designed in a way that makes it impossible for them to think like men. This is shaped from early childhood when the childs environment forces him to behave in a gendered way.
