An organization monitors its programs, systems, and processes through measurement, analysis, and leadership effectiveness. Today’s firms need these three elements since they are fundamental requirements and essential components of the management role of leading and regulating (Vestertė & Skačkauskienė, 2022). This paper, based on the article “Developing a new technique for determining service modularity level,” discusses problems that present strategic challenges to businesses, evaluates the steps that strategic leaders can take to address those problems, and identifies the most effective ways to get those solutions across to internal and external stakeholders.
Measurement, analysis, and leadership effectiveness have been applied in assessing the new developing technique for determining the modularity of services in different firms. The event was based on measurement theory, leadership effectiveness, and multi-criteria analysis, which are this paradigm’s theoretical pillars (Vestertė and Skačkauskienė, 2022). For a company to succeed, there should be a measurement of its performance, an analysis of its challenges, and leadership skills to ensure smooth running and good decision-making.
Companies are faced with severe challenges that significantly affect their customer’s satisfaction. The main issue affecting these service companies is the lack of customer satisfaction (Vestertė& Skačkauskienė, 2022). Many service organizations are considering the service modularization strategy as they look for ways to achieve service excellence at a lower cost, boost customer happiness, and gain a competitive edge.
The central leadership action that was taken to overcome this issue of lack of customer satisfaction was the use of teamwork. These companies had to establish a strong trust with their customers. Customers had to discuss with the company about their interests and how they felt about the lack of satisfaction. The managers then went further to organize meetings with the employees in the company to develop a technique for determining the best services for their customers.
These companies’ message was strategic in creating focus, controlling the company’s activities, and focusing on the customers. The company proposes to create an internal communication that facilitates the relatively rapid collection of the required data and assessment of service modularity satisfaction (Vestertė& Skačkauskienė, 2022). Decisions about process redesign plans, the appropriateness of planned efforts, and the quality of decision outcomes can also benefit external stakeholders.
In conclusion, a company must prioritize the contentment of its employees and consumers regardless of its difficulties. The essential talents for managers have been the ability to measure and analyze data and strong leadership abilities. It is essential that management effectively communicate information to all relevant stakeholders, both within and outside the organization. The level of trust and cooperation among workers is closely correlated to the level of satisfaction experienced by customers.
