HR Challenge
CapraTek management is anxious to consider your workplace
discrimination incident analysis. You have been assigned by your manager
to develop a PowerPoint presentation directed to the executive
management team that clearly explains your findings in an appropriate
level of detail.
As a CapraTek HR professional, you will develop and present a
PowerPoint directed at upper management that clearly explains your
analysis and the plan you recommend for the future. Your instructor will
use the rubric to review your deliverable as if viewing it from the
perspective of your immediate supervisor. Review the rubric prior to
developing and submitting your assignment.Determine
the aspects that leadership is most interested in with regard to your
workplace discrimination incident analysis. Certainly, CapraTek
leadership is interested in avoiding future incidents such as the one it
recently experienced. Consider how to structure your message in a
persuasive and convincing manner. The goal of your presentation is to
show how future incidents can be avoided and how you will protect the

behavior. In addition, leadership is looking for effective tools for
reporting and investigating any incidents that do arise.

improvements, assessing how they protect both the employer and employee.

Assesses how your plan will impact organizational goals, mission, and business performance.
Addresses the appropriate audience, using familiar, discipline-specific language and terminology.
