WHO organizers on the other hand visit numerous countries during the pandemic, evaluates the reports, and guides the citizens on the mitigation measures regarding the spread and reduction of disease transmission (WHO, 2021). WHO reserves funds for the training and additional knowledge to the healthcare practitioners as a preventive measure. In a similar situation, USAID supports the funding and preventive measures through vaccine purchase and distribution to frontline workers, anti-risk populations, and vulnerable communities.

The USAID and WHO organizations ensure the response to the pandemic impacts on families, the provision of emergence relief funds, and food donations. Families also benefit from the equitable healthcare delivery of vaccinations and protective materials. Reports indicate that more than 4.7 million persons have received food donations from USAID worldwide (Biden, 2021). If I were in the leadership position in the organization, I would ensure an additional response step in combating the Covid-19 pandemic. I would also focus on sustaining the livelihood of small-scale businesses by boosting their market chances. The situation entails finding a market for the young entrepreneurs, business owners, and apprentices by linking them to customers and creating alternative survival income. This progression would reduce the number of those depending on relief food and ensuring that the vulnerable communities fully benefit from the corporate donations.

I possess leadership experience in organizing which encompasses logical and strategic planning skills. The role involves events, programs, and individuals organizing which requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The task-oriented behavior related to an organizer entails directing, coordinating, and activities in a given management area (Lewis et al., 2011). Through organization in the working environment, individuals understand their task requirements and focus on accomplishment through a guided advancement. I have experience in assembling individuals and effectively delegating duties. The situation involves accomplishing smaller tasks before the completion of complex objectives.

The organizer also requires to focus on their interactive skills with the team members.
