I have called Beyond Pregnancy Care and interviewed M. Angela, who is the Center Director. They have a total of 6 employees now, and sometimes some volunteers. They have an ultrasound tech that does limited ultrasound scans for qualified mothers, but she is on medical leave right now.
They provide free pregnancy tests, ultrasound tests to confirm pregnancies, and education for mothers from birth until the babies turn 1. They have a free closet that has maternity and baby clothes, a car seat, diapers and wipes, and other baby items and food.
Appointments are free, and they only take 6 patients a day. They do not provide medical treatment, but can give a list of doctors that mothers can choose for follow up and prenatal care. They provide confidential, compassionate, and non judgmental care, Referrals to Community, Health, and Government Resources, clinical education program, counseling for families, and adoption information and referrals
Angela is the Center Director, and she refused to give me her credentials because she thinks that this is personal and private. Ivette Rodrigez is the executive Director
