Paradiso Five Star Resort, Italy
The company will be called ‘Paradiso Five Star Resort’, an Italian word for paradise. The name suggests that the company shall be as beautiful as a paradise, and this will attract many customers who will be eager to learn more about this paradise. The resort shall contain all other features found in five star resorts, but they shall be unique and modified.
The resort shall accommodate meetings and events, fitness facilities, function rooms, and Giardino Della Gherardesca. It will also have a fully stocked private bar, business services, and multilingual concierge to promote cultural exchanges among other attractive features.
Strategies to establish the organization culture
An organization structure involves all people, positions, procedures, technology, culture, and processes among other elements add up to make an organization. Strategies are very important for any organization culture. They should be integrated with the culture to allow the organizations achieve their goals and missions. The top management is aware about this and appreciates that one should define objectives to organize work.
