The aim of the second sprint is to develop solutions that will improve the employees efficiency, facilitate telecommuting for the employees, lower the cost of operations, and improve the firms profitability. The aim of the third sprint is to review the solutions presented to determine if they meet the set objectives and to write a convincing report to the committee (Lefley, 2015).

In the first sprint, the milestone is the identification of a project manager. In the second sprint, the milestone is the definition of the task to be done, while the milestone in the third sprint is the identification of the stakeholders responsible for the review process.
