The workflow at Google corporation is known for the innovative approaches. In 2006, MBA students considered Google a perfect place to work (Schneider, 2016). One of the Google mission statements says that “work should be challenging and the challenge should be fun” (Schneider, 2016, par.2). Thus, the company’s culture is aimed at the formation of a favorable working environment. Google hires people disregarding their experience and education. For example, the company employs college graduates who demonstrate fresh thinking (Schneider, 2016). The company does not have a strictly defined work rules. Much attention is given to employees’ self-realization instead (Steiber, 2014).

Administrative Google Company Level is the highest level which includes specialists in charge of the administrative work for the corporation. The positions of this level include Chairman, President, CEO, directors and senior managers. Executive Google Company level comprises middle-level professionals. Its major partners attract new customers (Google: Business Model Canvas, n.d.). Moreover, the existing partnerships keep the customers interested due to the constant development of new services. Since the main income of Google comes from advertising, steady, reliable partnerships are crucial for the company. Some of Google partnerships and acquisitions include NextEra Energy Resources, Global IP Solutions, Motorola Mobility, Quickoffice, GeoEye, Sun Microsystem, etc. For more than a decade Google remains the major search engine. Only in the USA as of 2008, there were 127 million people who preferred Google (Google: Business Model Canvas, n.d.). Moreover, its projects such as Google Chrome gain popularity from year to year.
Problems and Inefficiencies
Despite its leading positions, Google company observes some problems and inefficiencies. First of all, it is greatly dependent on the partners and advertising. Secondly, the number of products is growing, and it becomes more difficult for the consumers to keep them all in mind. Also, there is always a threat of less successful competitors that may suggest better or more productive services. Finally, due to the great number of functions and services, the interface of Google becomes rather complicated for an inexperienced user.
