The purpose of this final project is to provide students with an opportunity to apply concepts learned in this course and apply to real-world business situations. The final project should incorporate theories, content, and/or simulations from this course.
PART I (125pts) due by Wednesday of Final Exam Week @ 11:59PST

2. Choose one of the two options to complete your final project.
Option 1: Ethical Implications of AI Implementation- Explore the ethical implications of implementing AI in organizations. Assess the potential biases and unintended consequences of AI systems in areas of such as hiring, performance evaluations, and decision-making processes. Develop guidelines and recommendations for organizations to ensure ethical and fair use of AI technologies.
Option 2: AI-Based Diversity and Inclusion- Investigate how AI can be leveraged to promote diversity and inclusion within organizations. Develop an AI system that anonymously analyses job postings, performance evaluations, and promotion processes to identify potential biases and suggest corrective actions. How will the AI system be evaluated for effectiveness in creating a more inclusive work environment.
3. Presentation:
Create a 10-15 minute presentation using powerpoint, google, and etc slides or a podcast. Students can use voice over recording, video presentation, and etc.
EXAMPLE: Students in the past created simple power point presentations while others created podcast, conducting interviews, video presentation using voice over recording.
