For this assignment you will locate the table of scores for the Woodcock-Johnson, Fourth Edition Tests of Achievement (WJ-IV, ACH) found in the appendix of the Psychological Report Skeleton and Outline.
Utilizing the table of scores, you will write a summary in the Achievement portion of your psychological report that includes the following:
The client’s score for each area
Their percentile rank for each area
Their confidence interval for each area
Their qualitative descriptors for each area
” Discuss the client’s overall performance on the test – Were there any areas of strength or weakness?
These should be in complete sentences and should include what each type of score means. An example of this for their score would be, “Sansa’s earned a T score of 65 on the Sentence Comprehension subtest.”
This information will also be included in the Achievement portion of your psychological report, directly below the summary of the WJ-IV, ACH assessment information you completed for the Reliability and Validity assignment.
Next, you will locate the table of scores for the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children, Fifth Edition (WISC-V) found in the appendix of the Psychological Report Skeleton and Outline. Utilizing the table of scores, you will then write a summary of the results that include the following:
The client’s score for each area
Their percentile rank for each area
Their confidence interval for each area
Their qualitative descriptors for each area
” Discuss the client’s overall performance on the test – Were there any areas of strength/weakness?
