In the present competitive world, values are gaining more importance. Any individual act is followed by a value linked, and it can be either positive or negative. A positive value always creates a foundation for an integrated society, by spreading love and humanitarian morals. On the other hand, negative values work in the reverse direction. Values are developed for the smooth functioning of any individual actions. Modern civilization has accepted business as one major economic activity. While civilization urbanized, the business also improved. By adopting certain values the business culture developed slowly. And this acceptance of values was considered an essential ingredient in its growth. The value of trust is vital in any sort of business. If that vital value is not kept, then there is an infringement of trust. If trust is not kept, then it is not worth comparing a business to be a win-win technique. The significance of values in a business is highlighted by the growing importance of corporate governance. There lies the importance of knowledge on appropriate ethics and values for decision making in business. Effective management always tries to use its resources in a productive manner to attain excellent results. Before taking an apt business decision, corporates consider the right ethical frameworks (Vittal, 2001).

The legal responsibilities are based on ethical values and, ethical responsibilities entails following the moral Principles and acts. Yet the legal responsibilities could be unethical and the ethical subject is not required by legal standards. An apt businessman should be able to differentiate between both the responsibilities and decide sensibly. A business can lose its customers if behaved in an unethical and illegal manner (Ethical and legal responsibility). The professional code describes the techniques of using the powers. The codes propose guidelines for directing the values of a profession. Learning ethical code does not assure ethical conduct on the part of professionals. The National Association of Social Work (NASW) code states that a code of ethics cannot settle all ethical disputes rather they set ethical values, principles and standards to which professionals aim and finally which reviews their action. American Psychological Association (APA) code on the other hand adds that ethical standards need a personal obligation to a lifelong effort to perform ethically (Leighton & Killingbeck 2001). The ethical standards set forth by American Psychological Association (APA) are definite rules implemented for conduct. These standards are not complete, which does not mean that if a behaviour is not particularly defined by the ethics code, it does not require being either ethical or unethical (Ethical Principles Of Psychologists, 1992).

The problems encountered by the rural occupants are severe considering various issues. The lack of proper services for health care is an important issue faced by the rural occupants. The accepted ethical problems also affect rural mental health care delivery. Emotionally deprived of mental ailments, many individuals in rural areas require health care needs. But ultimately many barriers block them from getting sufficient care. Some ethical issues too arise in the health care in rural areas, and these problems influence the delivery of health care services and the experience of the patients. On evaluating the number of accidents happening, it is the larger proportion in rural areas than in metropolitan areas. The acute use of alcohol in America has to lead to much violence. The misuse of banned substances is increasing among these rural residents. In addition to the mental illness and mess caused by the use of substances, they are experiencing painstaking symptoms during certain seasons. Even people in those areas affected by a natural disaster are too experiencing the same. The rural suicide rates have also gone high. The caregivers are also experiencing the same ethical issues due to the lack of sufficient infrastructure and resources. The treatment of patients suffering from mental illness is an issue concerning the caregivers. The overlapping role is utmost in the rural villages where personal relations are given due consideration. These relationships are ethically problematic when considering the treatment boundaries. While analyzing the problems faced by the healthcare providers in treating the patients, according to APA the main harms perceived is with overlapping relationships. The health caregivers experience the bind of caring for each individual while treating the other patients. They have also established special committees to offer consultation for the health care consultants regarding ethical dilemmas. The need for proper mental health care is an important criterion in the rural area while considering the above facts. The ethical dilemma regarding rural mental health care is still an issue that needs to have a proper systematic study. Even the importance of the health care assistants has to be taken under consideration while discussing this issue (Roberts, Battaglia,.& Epstein. 1999). The problems are too faced by nurses in perceiving themselves about their control over their work environment to that of the ethical aspects of the clinical situation. Even the nurses encounter ethical problems while dealing with their work environment. The more they give importance toward the moral and ethical values in individual patients situations to that of the policies and set rules of the organization, they are likely to be involved in problems (Penticuff, Hinson,J. Walden, Marlene, 2000).

It is the essential duty of the social worker to be aware of the political situations and initiate changes in policy and legislation to improve the social conditions for the betterment of the society and thereby promoting social justice. They should help in promoting conditions that facilitate respect for the culture and social diversity globally. By ensuring social justice, the discrimination and exploitation of the groups should be prevented by these social workers (Leighton & Killingbeck, 2001).
