Introduction

Employee participation with regional laws and standards is an issue, which constantly is confronted by organizations that experience overall reorganization. Evaluating these laws and standards often becomes a matter of first concern in order to prevent any postponements in the application of primary choices of business. This essay provides the information about the essential elements of the deliberation actions regarding employee participation in the Netherlands. Moreover, an assessment of current and future employee participation will be evaluated.

The interests of workers in the Netherlands regarding engaging the company they are employed in are regulated in certain constitutional laws. WCA, which is short for the Dutch Works Council Act, is the most prominent among them. In was established in 1971; by its regulations, the Ondernemingsraad (the workers representative council) is granted with a chance to criticize the particular influential organizational and trading agreements (Nunes 2009). Moreover, for certain decisions the guidance from Ondernemingsraad is an obligation. Conclusions and Recommendation

In this essay, we have observed and evaluated the estimate of the workers participation in the Netherlands. The information about the current participation rate of employees in wok unions and councils was presented, as well as basic regulations of employee participation. An accurate and detailed formation of papers along with an acceptable schedule would lead to a prevention of lawsuits and an encouragement of the efficient application of business-related agreements in the Netherlands.
