Redesign of Quantitative Data Report
A quantitative data report should be presented meaningfully using data analysis techniques. To effectively redesign the report and make it more useful, I would examine it to identify areas that need to be changed. First, I would incorporate the missing concepts in the summary section of the report. For example, an effective quantitative report should present data in a numerical format (Heubach & Krinsky, 2020). In addition, the findings can be used to develop report significance that is useful to me. If visuals are missing in the report, I would add appropriate graphs, charts, and tables to assist with interpreting the findings. This would make the report more appealing to readers and easy to understand. Therefore, I would redesign the report by incorporating concepts that have not been captured.
Visual Presentation of Data
Visual presentation of data would play an integral role in delivering data more effectively. Data visualization is entering data on a map or graph so it can be seen (Sosulski, 2018). The main goal of this activity is to make it easier for people to understand data and draw conclusions. It also makes finding and understanding patterns and trends in vast data sets easier. Since statistics make up most of the content on quantitative information, using visuals would be rather important. As a result, giving information with pictures, charts, and other visuals would work well because the audience would understand the information better.
Data Presentation
I would use a graphical method to present the data in the report. It is an illustrative description of data that uses graphs and charts. The most commonly used methods are bar charts, histograms, pie charts, and line graphs (Sosulski, 2018). I would select the techniques based on the type of data collected. For example, I would use a bar graph if I want to use a categorical and continuous variable together. When plotting continuous variables, I would consider using an area or line chart. For example, sales data of an organization is continuous and using a line graph would demonstrate the trend. Using this technique, a reader can understand the flow of information over a given period. Thus, the graphical technique is integral because it allows the audience to understand the trend and make an informed decision.
Visual Presentation of Data Versus Columns of Numbers
Visual presentation of data is more important compared to a column of numbers. Data visualization makes the messages more powerful for the audience and shows the results of data analysis in the most convincing way (Sosulski, 2018). It ensures that all the groups and fields in the organization have the same messaging systems. Furthermore, it helps people understand the data better to figure out how it affects the business and shows internal and external audiences what they need to know. On the other hand, data presented in a column of numbers is difficult to understand and draw insights for decision-making (Sosulski, 2018). Visual presentation has information that is easy to interpret, while a column of numbers has raw information.

I would use Tableau to increase my understanding of the data. It is a powerful visualization tool to visualize data and obtain insights based on the analysis (Sosulski, 2018). It would allow me to prepare, clean, and format data of different types and sizes. In addition, it has a free version that an individual can use without incurring the cost of visualizing data. With Tableau online, one is able to make data visualizations, storyboards, data charts and many more that are hosted in the cloud (Sosulski, 2018). With the help of Tableau mobile application, I would be able to create visualizations and share them with other people online.
