The target communitys leading cultural and economic groups are women of different races and economic statuses. The community aims to provide equal assistance to all women who experience violence or discrimination. At the same time, no separate special groups require help more than others, which corresponds to the principle of equality that protects the community. Own cultural history can be an advantage in some cases. Such cases can arise when organizations involved in supporting specific groups of the population prioritize assistance.
