Discussion Board
Although this discussion is ungraded, you will need the discussion points that you put in the discussion board for evidence for the ratings that your group uses for the Report Card Pilot. This is a group discussion board. In this discussion board, you will discuss with your group 1) how the article that you have located is related to the hospitality industry/institution and diversity, equity, and inclusion (cultural pluralism), and 2) how the article supplies evidence for the ratings that your group will be recording for the hospitality industry/institution on the Report Card Pilot, and 3) a preliminary rating for the institution. REMEMBER, you are rating the institution, not the article.
You will also use this discussion board to develop your arguments and to share with your group members what you are thinking about how well, or how poorly the hospitality industry/institution is doing in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Contribute to the discussion board as often as you like with questions, challenges, affirmations or disagreements that you may have with your group members about the hospitality industry/institution and that portion of the Report Card Pilot.
Remember to submit an article (nothing older than 2017) that will be helpful in providing a rating for this institution in the Report Card Pilot. Discuss why you believe this article will be helpful in determining a rating for this institution in the Report Card Pilot (feel free to contribute often and significantly to this discussion). Award a preliminary rating for this institution based on the information in the article that you have chosen. REMEMBER, you are rating the institution, not the article.
Remember to double-space your work.
