Milestones Milestone One: Human Services Organization Identification In Module Two, you will select one agency in which you would like to be employed and write a one-page overview describing the agency, your interest in it, and the different roles and positions the agency maintains. You will focus on this agency throughout the rest of the agency exploration assignment. This milestone is graded with the Milestone One Rubric. Milestone Two: Human Services Timeline Discussion In Module Four, you will reflect on the history of the human services field and the history of your chosen organization through a discussion. You will make a post that identifies the founding of your selected organization and highlights an important event or news story that has impacted the human services field. To gain such approval, they must submit a research proposal. Much like an outline of a paper or a blueprint of a building design, the research proposal contains the framework so that stakeholders can see the key elements and the vision for the study.

She asked me what the reason for working remote was, asked if i wanted to submit PTO, FMLA, Unpaid Time off, When i told her that it was just traveling for the experience she appeared even more uncomfortable with me asking the question, almost seemed annoyed , I presented all the information to her on how i would work the normal working hours, and would complete all my job duties in a timely manner and explained how the only difference was my location. She was very hesitant and kept asking follow up questions she ultimately said i could do 1 week of remote work, and that for the remaining time i would have to do PTO, STO, FMLA or some kind of time off request. She expressed how it was unfair to my work collogues, I was prepared for the answer to be a flat out No so i was very surprised when she negotiated the request. After she agreed I went home, booked a trip and now i am going to Puerto Rico in December for 1 week.
