Hello,
I have a paper that is an annotated outline of a practice application pap

Hello,
I have a paper that is an annotated outline of a practice application paper. My focus is on the gut biome and the impact it has on mental health and the application. I really want to put in play is creating an educational training that can help better teach social workers, and other clinicians the impacts of being aware of gut, biome access and bio psychosocial model when trying to help improve, which ultimately will help improve mental health. I need you to go through this paper and make sure everything looks clean and cut and please check any errors. Do not touch the journal section. So don’t go anything past Page 14. Can you please make it stronger so that it’s easier for me to write my paper, but also still keep it in the form out of outline. I will attach the rubric because I also need to make sure I’ve hit everything in the rubric..
This is the framework to make my paper great! Please have it meet all the requirements.
You do not have to add more resources or citations but if you do please go for as much as you want.

I am working at a drug center, plus I am a counselor. Reflecting on this week’s readings, consider the intricate interplay between LGBTQ+ health, mental health, equity, and social and economic justice. Drawing on your own experiences, observations, or research, discuss:
How these factors intersect and mutually influence each other within the LGBTQ+ community.
Additionally, share your thoughts on the potential challenges and opportunities that arise in promoting the well-being of LGBTQ+ individuals in the context of these intersecting factors.
How would you as a social worker navigate these complexities to advocate for positive change and foster inclusivity and justice within the LGBTQ+ community?
Share your thoughts, experiences, and insights on these questions. Feel free to integrate relevant theories, individual, community or organization case examples, or current events to support your reflections.

In your textbook Contemporary Human Behavior Theory: A Critical Perspective for Social Work, the authors state:
When people are asked about their understanding of feminism, a very bleak and ugly picture sometimes emerges. Typical negative descriiptors include “man-haters, angry, ugly, militant, and radical.” Despite the fact that the original feminist movement has literally transformed the lives of both women and men, negative stereotypes and misconceptions abound. Feminism is an ideology that seeks to free men from rigid stereotypes of masculinity, as it seeks to free women from rigid stereotypes of femininity (p. 126)
After reviewing the questions on pp. 130–131 in Contemporary Human Behavior Theory: A Critical Perspective for Social Work regarding looking through a gender lens. Reflect on the following summary of thought-provoking questions, as described by the authors and more as you consider your practice as a social worker:
Do I draw on women’s strengths, resilience, creativity, and agency?
Do my actions reinforce sexism in in any way?
Am I open to understanding issues related to another person’s view of sexual identity or attraction beyond traditional heterosexual norms? Do I over emphasize issues of weight or appearance?
Do I tend to define women by their relationships to men?
What are my views of any differences in the roles of men or women at home or in culture or society? How do these views affect my approach to clients or create bias for me in some way?
Do I have different expectations for women, men, girls, and boys? If so, where, and why?
Upon successful completion of this discussion, you will be able to:
Identify the impact diversity and difference have in shaping life experiences.
Synthesize dynamics of social, racial, economic, and environmental justice to advocate for human rights at the micro, mezzo, and macro levels.
Demonstrate understanding of strategies to advocate for human rights at the individual, family, group, organizational, and community system levels.
Demonstrate knowledge of anti-racist and anti-oppressive social work practice at the individual, family, group, organizational, community, research, and policy levels.
Demonstrate knowledge and application of cultural humility by applying critical reflection, self-awareness, and self-regulation to manage the influence of bias, power, privilege, and values in working with clients and constituencies, acknowledging them as experts of their own lived experiences.
Review the rubric to make sure you understand the criteria for earning your grade.

In what ways is feminist theory useful for addressing issues of bias, power or privilege and seeking to eliminate issues of racism or oppression faced by women?
What is a pro and con of feminism for individuals, families, or society? Explain.
Identify and discuss two ways the feminist theory aligns with social work values from the NASW Code of Ethics (2021)

Cheryl is the mother of six-year old Kimberly. The police recently searched their apartment for drugs and found it to be a shooting gallery for heroin. Numerous syringes and needles were found and Cheryl and others present were arrested. Kimberly sat on the living room couch during the raid. There is no definite evidence that Cheryl is now using drugs, although she has a history of drug use and is currently in a drug rehabilitation program. She claims that her boyfriend comes into her apartment with his friends and they use drugs without her permission. When asked about her financial status, Cheryl mentioned to have a full-time job as a secretary; however, would like assistance with food stamps. Kimberly is doing well in school.

This assignment will be based on the family from the TV show “The Fosters”. If you were the clinician assigned to treat this family, how would you proceed? Write the paper as if the family is your client.
Please use the following sub-headings when writing your paper (and then see below for what each section should contain):

A: Descriiption of the Family and Presenting Problems
A (1 page): A descriiption of the family and the presenting problems. “The client” is the whole family. You must discuss the whole family, and each member of the family. Use course readings and your own research to give facts about these presenting problems. (1 point)

B: Trauma and Its Impacts
B: (2 – 3 paragraphs): After the presenting problems are discussed, discuss any relevant history (such as trauma, foster care, adoption, etc.) (to the best of your ability). What are the traumatic events impacting this family functioning? (2 points)

C: Changes Needed
C: (3 paragraphs): What changes are needed in the family and why? Why are these changes so difficult? (2 points)

D: Strengths of this Family
D (2 paragraphs): A strengths-based perspective of this client (the family). State why it is important to look at this family from a strengths-based perspective. Make sure to use at least three strengths in your paper. (2 points)

E: Family Therapy/Intervention
E: (3 paragraphs): Which family therapy/intervention (Bowen, Minuchin/Structural, Solution-focused, Object-relation, etc.) would you use to understand and assist the Madrigals? Include concepts from the theory to analyze your case. Please note: The theory is not the intervention itself, it is what the intervention is based on. You should be discussing the theory AND the intervention. (4 points)

F: Intervention Plan: Goals and objectives
F: (as short or as long as you need): Describe your intervention plan, include three goals and two objectives for each goal. Remember to use the S.M.A.R.T. way of stating goals/objectives that we have learned about this semester. (3 points)

F: Systems
F: (3 paragraphs): How will you involve multiple systems in this case? What other systems might be involved? How might you intervene or engage other systems, such as individuals, families, organizations, or the political system to help? (1 points)

For this assignment, Please Note:
• This paper must be in APA style, which means Times New Roman font, size 12, black ink. Title Page and reference page should be included. This is a master’s level paper. Please make sure your spelling and grammar reflect master’s level work.

• DO NOT PLAGIARIZE ANYTHING. Plagiarism will result in failure for this paper, and possibly for this course.

• NO DIRECT QUOTES; ALL WORDS IN THIS COURSE MUST BE YOUR OWN. However, if the idea comes from the article, you must cite it in correct APA style.

• EXAMPLE OF DIRECT QUOTE: Actual words from an article: “Trauma-informed care (TIC) in social service organizations means that the organizations operate with the understanding that everyone involved has possibly experienced trauma in their lifetime” (Wolf et al., 2014, p.1).

EXAMPLE OF IDEA TAKEN FROM SAME ARTICLE: Wolf et al. (2014) advises that when an agency uses trauma-informed care, it means that they work from the idea that everyone in the agency – from the workers through the clients – has a trauma history.
