Highlight the importance of systematic, reflective analysis and the iterative movement between data and concepts.
Researchers are encouraged to explore various methods and document their analytrical processes throughly.
Different techniques address different questions and perspective, which can be complementary or mutually exclusive.
Link it to our research question: In the NSW context, what instructional methods do high school language teachers use to cater for the needs of students with learning difficulties and disabilities? Which we will be doing an anonymous qualitative online survey and then analysing our data using thematic analysis (Braun and Clark)
Compare Braun and Clarke thematic analysis to another analysis method that is relevant such as Miles and Huberman (or context analysis).

The second part of the project (value: 100 points) includes a revision of the first section, plus the addition of a more extensive section describing any unsuccessful strategies one or more of the parties have taken to resolve the conflict, as well as the reasons for their failure.  At least one new reference is expected.
Every word of your Signature Assignment should be essential to conveying its overall message: do not over-explain ideas, use better words when smaller ones will do, or add text only to help you bulk up the length of your paper.  You will have opportunities to strengthen the language of your paper in section 3.
Specific dates and point values for each section of the QEP Signature Assignment are in the Course Requirements and Assignments section of the syllabus.
Before submitting your research paper, please be sure it meets the following guidelines:
All parts of this project must be produced in Microsoft Word.
The text must be double-spaced, have one-inch margins, and be in either 12-point Times New Roman, Calibri, or Arial font.
At least three sources must be included in your paper and must be documented both in the paper and in the references using the APA Author-Date writing style.  Purdue OWL: Here is a link to help with formatting: https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_formatting_and_style_guide/general_format.html (Links to an external site.)
Your paper must include a title page, body, and reference page. The title page and reference page must be separate pages.

Instructions: Topic Homelessness in America
Overview
Consider a potential quantitative study based on a
topic of interest to you. Write a quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods theoretical
perspective section for your research plan following the theoretical discussion
presented in Creswell & Creswell. The first part of the assignment will
create an Introduction section for a research study. Next, you will follow the
Introduction section with a comprehensive Literature Review section that
includes at least 15 peer-reviewed references.
The paper should include:
·      Identification
of one overarching theory by name?
·      Provide
information about the source of this theory?
·      Give
examples of topics where the theory has been applied?
·      Advances
propositions or hypotheses that are based on the theory?
·      Identify
the independent and dependent variables?
·      Provide
a rationale for the independent and dependent variables based on the logic of
the theory?
Instructions
This assignment will give you the opportunity to write
the Introduction and Literature Review sections on a research topic of interest.
This 12-to-20-page paper will simulate the first two required sections of a
research paper (See template). Items to include are explained in the template
(Which is taken from the current LU dissertation template). Below are the
format requirements:

assignment (12 to 20 pages) Not
including the reference section.
·      Format of
assignment (APA 7th edition).

It will need to be between 300 to 400 words.

Among other things she has written, I want to in the
writing acknowledge that like her Braun and Clarke thematic analysis of data
also appeal to me as well because they propose a very systematic way of data
analysis for my own qualitative research question “In the NSW context, what
instruction strategies for high school teachers use to cater for students with
learning difficulties and disabilities & that analysis method is fitting to
analyse my qualitative research question which is an online qualitative survey.
4.
Depending
on what is more relevant to Tracy’s post, you might like to write on Miles
and Huberman or Content Analysis to compare it to Baun and Clark for analysis or
provide critical view on what she has written according to the text (Chapter 10,
see attached)
5.
You
will need to have 2-4 references (APA 7), needs to be current in the last 10
years and have to be peer -reviewed.
Hope
this helps.
I
have also attached Chapter 10 of my textbook which is where the forum post is
supposed to be related to in here.

For this assignment, you will find me TWO articles that offer t-tests as a statistical technique.  Then answer the following questions about BOTH articles.  Please cite each article in APA format, must be peer-reviewed, within the past 5 years, etc.
1) Offer a brief description of the study (100 words approximately)
2) is the t-test an independent or dependent test?
3) what is the dependent variable being compared?
4) What did the authors set as the level of significance?
5) What were the t-tests and p-values? Is the result statistically significant? Briefly explain your answer.
6) Do the researchers offer information on mean, degrees of freedom, standard deviations, etc? What is the significance of adding this information? How does it help us to understand the two sets of data?

The following link shows what the professor is looking  for in a critique
https://www.uis.edu/learning-hub/writing-resources/handouts/learning-hub/how-to-review-a-journal-article
Critiques must be one to two (1-2) full pages of writing, excluding cover page. The entire document must be in APA formatting, but no author’s note or abstract is required. That means 12 point font, one inch margins, double spacing, page headers, and a standard APA cover page (see APA examples in module)- but you don’t need an author’s note or abstract. APA adherence will be part of your grade! Don’t use bullets or lists in your critique- it should be in paragraph form using full sentences. You don’t need any external resources for this aside from your article.
Professor also stated the following:
“I will be grading your critique based on how well you cover the issues brought up on that website. Really take the time to pick an article that you think is well written and analyze every aspect of it- from the title, to the way they present their research question, to the way they wrote their methodology, to their use of subheadings, to how they wrap up the paper in a thoughtful conclusion. Look at their use of language- consider how they present the process they went through. Does everything make sense to you? How could the author(s) have done better? Read it a few times if you can. Be critical! Even great articles have weaknesses, and even boring/monotonous articles have good points. Remember, you are not critiquing the study, but the actual article itself. This is also not a place to just summarize the article or give your opinion about the topic.”
