Overview Magazine advertising is one of the traditional channels of advertising.

Overview Magazine advertising is one of the traditional channels of advertising. Although the world is becoming increasingly digital, print advertisements, such as magazine advertisements, are still very popular for certain types of audiences. For example, you can target people interested in fashion or architecture through advertisements in the magazines they read to stay up to date with current trends. Scenario You have been hired to create a multi-channel advertising campaign for Fresh Fare Farms. This meal kit delivery service prides itself on using locally sourced items from farmers that use sustainable practices. They are launching a multi-channel advertising campaign during Hunger Action Month to expand their customer base. For each customer that signs up this month, Fresh Fare Farms will donate to local food banks in the customer’s area. Directions For the course project, you will create a multi-channel advertising campaign and a client presentation. The multi-channel advertising campaign will include three campaign deliverables: a magazine advertisement, a digital animated advertisement, and a seamless social media carousel advertisement. The client presentation will convey your design rationale and explanations for your choices. For this milestone, design a full-bleed, portrait-oriented (8.625” w x 10.75” h) magazine advertisement using Adobe InDesign. Be mindful that you’ll need to reflect some of the design choices you make in this advertisement in the other campaign components (animated digital and seamless social media carousel advertisements) because they are all part of a single campaign. Refer to the design brief, brand style guide, and visual assets in the GRA 415 Project Client Files linked in the Supporting Materials section to inform your work. Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria: 1. Create a magazine advertisement, including the following required elements: A. Any one tagline from the design brief—this tagline will be used in all three advertisements B. All the specified copy for the magazine advertisement in the design brief—ensure the client’s intended call-to-action message is clearly defined and highlighted C. Any one variation of the vector logos provided in the brand style guide D. Company name and website URL provided in the design brief E. Three to five high-resolution (at least 300 dpi) images aligned with the style and rules defined in the brand style guide. i. You can use the images from your mood board, or you can select new ones. Ensure that the chosen images have appropriate commercial licenses. F. Optional (non-graded): illustrations or iconography from the brand style guide, aligned with the usage rules; including illustrations or iconography is for aesthetic purposes only 2. Select typography and colors from the brand style guide. You must include the following: A. Typography that follows the usage rules for the headlines, body copy, and stylized tagline i. Break down the available copy into short segments while creating a hierarchical structure that includes the three levels listed above (headline, body, stylized tagline). Each hierarchy level should follow the corresponding typography rule defined in the brand style guide. B. All the primary colors and at least two secondary colors that follow the color usage rules i. Ensure the secondary colors have been selected keeping the overall design aesthetic in mind. The chosen colors should create a well-balanced look along with the text and imagery. ii. Ensure there is ample contrast between the colors. 3. Apply the brand rules to the design as outlined in the brand style guide. The rules for the following brand style guide components must be applied: A. Color palette B. Typography C. Images D. Vector logo, including clear space E. Optional (non-graded) illustrations and/or iconography 4. Align the campaign deliverables with the target audience visual preferences as outlined in the design brief. Consider the following questions to guide your design work: A. How have you ensured the magazine design aligns with the design sensibilities of a diverse audience group? Have you honored the target audience’s need for simple designs? B. How have you ensured that your design would grab the attention of multitaskers among the target audience? C. Have you ensured that the advertisement is imagery driven, as preferred by the target audience? D. How have you ensured that the imagery reflects the racial and ethnic diversity of the target audience? E. How have you ensured that the advertisement copy is organized in short segments, keeping the target audience’s need for brevity in mind? 5. Include attributions for each of the images included in the advertisement. A. Record the image attributions in the GRA 415 Attribution Tracking Spreadsheet. Note: Selecting high-resolution images of at least 300 dpi ensures minimal loss of color and sharpness after printing. What to Submit Submit the following three deliverables: • The full bleed, portrait-oriented (8.625” w x 10.75” h), full-color (CMYK) magazine advertisement created in Adobe InDesign (*.indd) • The PDF version (*.PDF) of the magazine advertisement • The completed GRA 415 Attribution Tracking Spreadsheet, including images used in this assignment. For this course, you will use a combination of public domain, openly licensed, and copyrighted images. You are responsible for avoiding copyright infringement by attributing these images according to established copyright guidelines. See the Openly Licensed Images area of your course for details. EXAMPLE: Keisuke Takahashi PSYC-2314-71 September 12, 2019 List of 20 ideas EXAMPLE Module 1 Ted Talk Assignment 1. Introverted people like to be more to themselves and are not shy like most people think. They are more reserved. 2. More introverts are needed in this world. 3. Introverts deliver better, leaders such as Rosa Parks was quiet, self-spoken, and was in the spotlight. 4. Why are people making introverts feel so guilty; just because they like to be alone. 5. Why are jobs/schools leaning more towards extroverts instead of introverts today. 6. Introverts often feel guilty because of unnecessary social expectations. 7. Extroverts often feel superior because social expectations tell them being outgoing is necessary for success. 8. All people could benefit from including introvert and extrovert qualities in their personalities. 9. Introverts often give up on their personal goals because of unnecessary social expectations. 10. Some introverts are successful because they receive encouragement in early child. 11. Introverts can learn to be self-confident about pursuing their goals after receiving encouragement from important authority figures. Takahashi 2 12. Extroverts can learn to include introvert qualities in their personalities. 13. Introverts need periods of reflection to integrate their goals and achieve success in life. 14. Extroverts often fail to achieve their life goals because they have not learned introvert skills and abilities. 15. It is possible for introverts to learn effective life skills during their adult lives. 20. Introverts can make effective suggestions for success in life when other people recognize their abilities and knowledge. Statement of Agreement Overall, I agree with some of the ideas listed that were made in the presentation of “The Power of Introverts” by Susan Cain. Explanation of Agreement 1. I believe introverts do like to be more to themselves, however that doesn’t mean that they are shy. I myself like to believe that I am an introvert and have always been. Even though I consider myself an introvert I am not shy, just more reserved Takahashi 2 and mellow. I am not the type to get rowdy however I will speak my mind when not in agreeance. 2. I agree that we need more introverts in this world, because we need people who have a different way of thinking to get things done that sometimes extraverts can’t do. Introverts have great ideas and do not require a great deal of stimulation to confirm our conclusion, thoughts or ideas. 3. We have leaders such as the famous Rosa Parks who has been described as shy, reserved, and quiet and she was exemplified as passive resistance when she refused to give her seat up to a white passenger on a bus. 4. People often think that being an introvert you have no voice and are shy and timid when we just enjoy peace and quietness to ourselves, we love to think and come up with new ideas. 5. Its true that most jobs and schools prefer introverts over extraverts because they want someone who is more outgoing than to quiet and believe an extravert can get the job done better than an introvert. Introversion is often confused with shyness. Introverts don’t necessarily want to be alone. A new study from researchers at the University of Chicago, and Harvard and Stanford Universities found that introverted chief executives make better leaders. Descriptions of Practical Applications All my life I knew that I was an introvert, I was that person that always wanted to be to herself and wanted to be alone. I’d rather read a book than go outside and interact with everyone else. That’s my personality, I’m not rowdy but more on the reserved side and that’s how I have always liked it; however, that doesn’t stop me Takahashi 2 from being outspoken or speaking my mind or having an opinion when needed. I believe being an introvert can be used in the community in a lot of ways. We need more leaders to be introverts because introverts have so many thoughts and opinions that can differ from extraverts. Extraverts exclude confidence in large groups because that’s where they draw their energy, so they naturally seem like leaders. Introverts have that quiet leadership which is critical to the community for long-term success. As a nurse I plan on using my introvert’s personality to assist patients and their family with anything that they need such as more information, questions or referrals. Description and Explanation of Extension Some of the things that could be elaborated on just a bit more are that introverts are just the opposite of extraverts. Even though it is true that we like to spend time to ourselves we are still the same people who can come out of our shells and get the job done and maybe even better than an extravert. Even though quiet we will fight for what we believe in and still voice out opinions and concerns without being loud. The only differences between introverts and extraverts is we just have a different way of doing things.

In Week 1, you analyzed a pre-intervention elementary school asthma database from the perspective of a public health informatician. This week, you will review the data set in more detail and discuss the tools informaticians use. For the asthma data summary, you will use your Excel Spreadsheet and Pivot Table reports. You will then answer the following questions in the form of a 3–4-page summary statement that includes the data as well as an interpretation of the findings. The Pivot Tables need to be embedded in your report to explain the summary results. What summary results do your pivot tables demonstrate about this grade school population of students? Use the following questions to prepare your paper. Data Frequency Questions: Introduction: Begin with an explanation of the tools of informatics, including spreadsheets, relational database technologies, and integrated statistical packages. Why are these tools and technologies so important when managing large databases of public health informatics? Database Analyses Are there more males or females in the survey population? Which condition has the highest frequency? Which month had the highest number of students with breathing difficulties? Which school had the highest frequency of students with bronchitis? Which gender has the highest frequency of asthma? How many students answered yes to Reactive Airway Disease (RAD)? What is the percentage of students with RAD that have been prescribed medication? Which zip code has the highest number of students living in it? Of that zip code, which condition had the highest frequency? How many students answered yes to all four conditions: asthma, RAD, bronchitis, and wheezing? Based on all four conditions and zip code, are the conditions evenly distributed among the survey population? Does one school have more students in the affected zip codes and with all four conditions than the others do? Summary: Explain your data analyses results and describe what data quality assurances you applied to ensure your results are accurate. Submission Details: Give reasons and examples in support of your responses. Cite all sources using APA format.

A basic function of government and a primary goal of the constitution that creat

A basic function of government and a primary goal of the constitution that creates the government is keeping people safe. It is often referred to as exercising “police power.” In the United States, the government’s authority to regulate for the protection of public health and to provide health services is based on police power, which is the power to provide for the health, safety, and welfare of the people. Public health powers were initially exercised at the state and local levels; currently, the federal government plays a large role in the regulation of public health and the provision of health services. Considering this, respond to the following: Where in the US Constitution does the government obtain its authority to regulate public health? Do you believe the government has the authority to ban things that are believed to be harmful, such as trans-fats? Why or why not?
