In this Assignment, you will take a position on sustainable innovation and organizational design 
Consider the models and frameworks of innovation management from the resources and their impact on sustainability. Identify the main themes you have noticed in the readings.
Then, select two to three journal articles from one or more of these journals: Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Information and Organization, Research Policy, Production and Operations Management, Innovation Policy and the Economy, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of Innovation & Knowledge, and Technovation.
As you examine articles, search for international examples of sustainable innovation strategies and what you believe led to their success.
The articles you select must be from peer-reviewed resources and must have been published within the past 5 years.
Based on your review of the literature, develop a position on the impact of sustainable innovation management and organizational design on decision making for an organization. You may focus on a specific organization of your choice or use a hypothetical example to illustrate your points. If you select an actual organization, be sure to avoid including any identifying information.
Take a position regarding the organizational impact of sustainable innovation management and organizational design based on the articles you have found on sustainable innovation management strategies and managing by design.
Specifically, identify one or more strategies you believe are most effective based on the literature you reviewed. Be sure to cite your source(s) to support your ideas.
Explain what might need to change in an organization to enable effective management by design strategy development and execution. You may reference a specific organization or use a hypothetical example to illustrate your points. If you feel no changes would be necessary, explain why. In either case, explain the underlying principles guiding your thinking to support your rationale.
