Using the MS-PGS rubric, read the attached document in this module, (a) Teacher Growth Rubric Observation and Feedback Guidebook 2018-2019 to conduct a teacher evaluation using the standards.  You will choose one of the two videos provided (either the lower grade or the upper grade) to conduct a mock teacher evaluation.   When writing about your findings, including the grade level and subject area taught. Use the following guidelines and forms:

Write a two to three (2-3) paragraph report, using APA format to conduct a mock teacher evaluation using the current MDE evaluation tool,  MS-PGS.
Please see the rubric below and the rubric in Appendix G in the syllabus.
Choose one of the two videos provided. Either a lower level or the upper level.
Conduct the mock observation using the rubric provided.
Share the results of the evaluation in a brief narrative form. You should be able to provide the required narrative information in two to three (2-3) paragraphs, as you are not retelling every aspect of the lesson.
You should also include a copy of the forms used (Scripting Form A and Sorting Form A), and the documentation you used during the evaluation. These forms should be filled out, not blank forms.
Paragraph one of the narrative form of the evaluation should briefly cover what occurred during the observation, also include the expected number of evaluations and what type is required in a given year using the MS-PGS.
Paragraph two should cover a reflection. How you felt during the evaluation, was the instrument easy to follow, and what difficulties you may have encountered, or found difficult to understand.
