Factors to be consider:
1- We need to study and understand how to get the best chose during the comparison, you must explain the best method and techniques. In excel or any platform.
2- How we can analytically study the cost from the commercial point of view ?
3- What factors should be consider during the comparison beside the price ? This most be based on full understanding of the procurement and supply chain management.
