Analyze how personal group memberships are an influence in terms of personal beliefs and values.
Describe personal interpersonal skills and collaboration style.
Then, consider yourself as a human services professional:
Analyze how personal identity is influenced professionally.
How does your identity influence you in terms of:
Working with people directly?
Collaborating with other professionals?
Advocating for DEI?
Leading others in human services?
Using the Human Services Reflection Journal: (please see attached)

You have thought about how your group memberships influence your sense of identity and experiences within your community, so now consider how they may influence you as a leader. (Membership  includes but is not limited to race/ethnicity, gender identity,  sexual orientation, religious affiliation, country of origin, and ability status

Engage in a conversation with your course community about the following:
How might your group memberships be a benefit and a challenge to you as a human services leader?
