I need 2 power point slides that will be submitted for class discussion/peer fee

I need 2 power point slides that will be submitted for class discussion/peer feedback for my Healthcare Administration Capstone. The prompt: create an infographic for the mission, vision, and specific details stakeholders will want to know to gain their buy-in on the project.
Add your infographic to one or two slides and submit for peer feedback.
The assignment prompt for the information to include in speaker notes/writing is the very first part of an eventual final presentation/capstone project. The prompt is as follows:
Phase I—Introduction: In this section, you will give background on your organization, introduce the project that precipitates the strategic plan, and explain what your assessment tools and approach will be. Your introduction should include the following:
A. The mission, vision, value statements, structure, and current community position of the organization
B. The project topic that is the focus of the strategic plan, including the goal(s) of this project
I have included the topic introduction file here for reference which further explains my project/organization/goals, etc.
The organization is Aurora St Luke’s Medical Center (https://www.aurorahealthcare.org/locations/hospital/aurora-st-lukes-medical-center/), a part of Advocate Health (https://www.advocatehealth.org/). I’ve also included the powerpoint slide of St Luke’s purpose(mission) and values. The project goal is to expand telehealth services for better chronic disease management of patients and follow-up visits after hospital discharge to reduce 30-day hospital readmissions.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights (2023) states,
the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) has issued guidance outlining legal standards under the federal civil rights laws prohibiting disability discrimination and providing concrete examples of the application of the legal standards in the context of COVID-19 vaccine programs and how to implement them. The OCR also issued a Fact Sheet setting out key actions to provide access to vaccination programs for people with disabilities. The OCR guidance and fact sheet are companion pieces to resources and information compiled by HHS agencies on best practices for ensuring vaccination accessibility. (“Non-Discrimination In Access to the COVID-19 Vaccine” section)
However, even with these guidelines, many U.S. citizens feel that their right to choose has been infringed upon, while others feel they do not have equal access to health care to include vaccines under the law.
This week you are the legal expert for Shady Valley Hospital system. You and your legal team are tasked with developing an infographic.
You and your team can choose between a pro or con perspective regarding vaccine mandates for the organization. For example, your team decides the Shady Valley hospital organization has decided to mandate COVID-19 vaccines. Your infographic will support this mandate and explain why. Inversely, your team decides the Shady Valley hospital organization has decided to allow staff to choose regarding COVID-19 vaccines, and your infographic will explain why.
Your infographic should address the following:
Provide a historical overview of vaccine mandates in the U.S. health care system.
Discuss in what circumstances vaccine mandates are warranted, or not warranted, in a health care organization mandates and policies.
Explain the educational process.
What education will be provided?
What ongoing information will be provided to staff?
Discuss, regarding the provision of health care services, how vaccine mandates, or the lack of mandates, may affect future legal lawsuits for the health care organizations.
Explain how the organization will provide equal access to vaccines for all employees interested.
Analyze current research and data that supports your infographic and organizational position regarding vaccine mandates.
Your infographic should include the following:
a main title on your infographic
three to five information sections regarding important topics (examples: tips, known facts, action items, possible gaps in current data) with appropriate headings
one to two charts/graphs
three to five graphic images
minimum of eight known facts
references for at least five sources used during your infographic creation

I need help starting my eventual final project which will be a strategic plan for a healthcare organization for expanding on its existing telehealth visit services to utilize it more for virtual visits, particularly patient hospital discharge follow-up and to help manage care of chronic disease patients to improve patient outcomes, access, and costs.
This first part (known as milestone one), will be to answer these simple questions:
1. What is the topic of your project?
2. What issue will you focus on?
What organization will this impact?
3. Why did you select this issue?
Reflect on future milestones.
4. Based on the milestones for this course, can you realistically complete your strategic plan presentation with this topic?
I would like each question to have its own paragraph unless makes more sense to do otherwise, but needs to flow as a short essay/paper. Must cite APA and use sources.
I do have notes and some resources already gathered (in blue) on the guideline/rubric document provided.
I also included a copy of my brief discussion about doing this topic for my final project and my instructor’s feedback in the “HCM490 Week 1 Discussioln” file for reference to get you started as well, which also includes some sources.
