This is my title for a White Paper on a selected Environmental Health topic. The topic is actually sanitation at homeless encampments from an environmental justice perspective and health equity lens. My nexts are to gather and organize the references that I will use to write the White Paper. This assignment will serve as an outline for the Background section of my White Paper. I need an annotated bibliography that includes 10 to 15 references. The references should be listed in a logical order (group based on themes) to build the narrative of the Background section of my White Paper. I have also attached the scoring rubric for this annotated bibliography. Please read it. I am also going to include some references to utilize and want you to gather the rest. My idea for the white paper is have some type situation where mobile showers/toilets/hygeine trailers can be transported to encampments to be utilized so as to save the environmental decay that may occur.

This paper is almost completely written other than a few sections. All research and data is collected, the data is based off of interviews conducted by various stakeholders. The only thing that’s outstanding and necessary for this thesis to be completed is data analysis using either SPSS or Nvivo. The interview responses are to be used to create a conclusion for the thesis and the outputs need to be included in the paper as well. Therefore, this inquiry is for the completion of the statistical section of this

1.In terms of sustainability management, does Banco W have appropriate clarity and accountability in terms of who is responsible for sustainability management? How would you strengthen their sustainability management?
2.Exhibit #4 in the case study shows those issues Banco W deemed most relevant. When thinking about potential risks and opportunities, and potential impacts by and on Banco W, what other topics might make sense for Banco W to also consider?
3.In the BancoW case, a good bit of discussion was dedicated to the benefits of the green strategy to the bank’s own operations. However, there was less discussion about how the strategy would drive value creation for the bank’s shareholder. Do you think this is true? And how would this strategy create value for shareholders?

You need to write a proposal, and the instructions for the proposal are already

You need to write a proposal, and the instructions for the proposal are already in the documentation. But I didn’t quite understand the professor’s requirements. I didn’t know whether I needed to cite the readings in the course, so I also uploaded the course syllabus. If you need the readings in the course, you can find them in the syllabus faster.
You can check the proposal instructions for details. The content in bold is what you need to complete.
Thank you!!!!
Be sure to check both documents before writing, especially the instruction document.!!!!

For your discussion, this week, choose an organization that is largely supported

For your discussion, this week, choose an organization that is largely supported by hunters and describe how they both raise their funds and then use those funds for conservation. Don’t use the examples given in class of the National Wild Turkey Federation or the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and choose something different than your classmates. In your discussion include some or all of the following:
The name and history of the organization,
How hunters (specifically) contribute to their efforts,
What species they focus on,
How they use the funds (habitat restoration, species research, etc),
Current issues they are involved in,
Any other information you wish to provide.

The Structure of Your Assignment:
A few notes:
1. You must complete your assignment in no more than eight (8) pages single-spaced. This
includes your title page, the four (4) required figures from the Atlas of Canada, and a
references section.
2. You must use APA formatting for your title page, citations, and references. APA formatting
guidelines can be found on the Purdue website:
https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_formatting_and_style_gui
de/general_format.html (note the left navigation bar)
3. All figures must have captions and be properly sourced. Also refer to the Purdue website
noted above for details on how to do a figure caption.
While there is some flexibility, your assignment should include the following sections and sub –
sections, where appropriate:
1. Cover Page (1 page)
2. Introduction (1/2 page)
a. Your introduction should introduce readers to your selected community and include
important social-demographic and environmental characteristics.
3. Historic Climate Trends (1 page)
a. Using the Canadian Climate Atlas, what are the historical climate trends for your
community? You must include figure(s) here using the Atlas.
4. Future Climate Change (2 pages)
a. Using the Canadian Climate Atlas, what are the future climate change projections for
your community? You must include figure(s) here using the Atlas.
5. Observed and Projected Climate Change Impacts (2 pages)
© Dr. Sheri Longboat, Wilfrid Laurier University, Winter 2024 6
a. Based on Sections 2 and 3, identify and explain three (3) priority impacts for your
community.
b. This section should be supported using the resources above, and other resources that
you locate on your own.
c. At the end of this section, you should include one paragraph on data uncertainty. How
certain are you of the projected changes in climate and impacts? Does it matter?
6. Summary and Conclusions (1/2 page)
a. What did you learn about climate change and your community? Based on your
interpretations of climate trends and projections, and new understandings of impacts,
should climate change a priority issue for your community? Why or why not?
7. List of References (1 page)
a. You must cite between 12 – 15 sources.
b. Your list of references should use APA formatting. If your reference list is less than 1
page, you may take advantage of this space elsewhere in your report

You are to write a review article on Manipulating Fungi to Drive Glyphosate Reme

You are to write a review article on Manipulating Fungi to Drive Glyphosate Remediation in Soil. The goal is to improve your ability to read and synthesize scientific literature and enhance your writing skills. Writing and effective communication is critical for any profession these days. After completing the first draft, you will be exchanging your paper with a fellow student for their critique after which I will evaluate the paper. The paper, with the comments, will be returned to you after which, you will have the opportunity to rewrite a final draft.

A. Style/Format (PRINT ONLY ON 1 SIDE OF EACH PAGE):
1. Five pages (excluding title page, references and figures/tables), double spaced and 1 inch margins. Does not include cover pages with abstract, references or any figures or tables. No smaller than 11 pt font and use Times Roman.
2. Use subheadings – arrange like a review chapter – See Advances Agronomy or other such review journals as an example. Since the term paper is a review article one doesn’t usually use headings such as RESULTS or DISCUSSION. Instead you should have short descriiptive subheadings.

B. Organizational Template:
1. Major Headings: Centered, bold, and upper case as shown below for ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION and so forth.

2. Title page one– Paper title, your name, date, and class name and number.

3. Page two – Title and abstract only (do not put your name for anonymity on this page, as this will be the front page for your peer review)
ABSTRACT (250 words max)
Should have rationale/background statement (s) that leads to an objective statement followed by the major findings/conclusions of your review.

4. Pages 3-8 Presentation of Review paper (5 pages)
INTRODUCTION

Minor Heading 1 (left justified and bold)

TABLES AND FIGURES (put all in end of paper)

C. Figures, Tables & Units – You should include at least 1 key figure or table. If more than one number in order they are discussed in text. All figures or tables should be referred to in the text at some point – either as “Figure 1 shows ….” or in parentheses in or at the end of a sentence that is based on that figure or table. See following pages for examples of how to format tables and fiures.
1. After Fig or Table number have a descriiptive, full sentence title. Follow the guidelines Publications Handbook and Style Manual handout.
2. use SI units as shown in Style handout.

D. Content – The Abstract should have all of the components of the paper and is very important as this will be read by more readers than the actual paper. The Introduction is as important the body of the paper. Here you need to start broadly and in 2-3 paragraphs at most, you should briefly introduce the reader to the topic and develop rationale for your topic which leads to and ends with a clear objective statement (please do not use aim or aims) – Simply state ‘The objective (s) of this review is….”
You should focus the discussion and use recent literature. This should not be a book report. I want to see evidence that you have looked at a significant number of journal articles on your topic. You should try to put your own interpretation on the data or papers. This could logically be apart of the summary. How reliable is the data and current thinking on your topic? Are there lots of papers to base conclusions on? What are the gaps? What are your interpretations/recommendations/future research needs etc. Avoid using first person in science writing.
