Write an essay about a significant place, event or person in your life as if you

Write an essay about a significant place, event or person in your life as if you were sharing this essay with your fellow classmates (They are your audience). If you write about a person, it should be ONE person, not your entire family, for example. Choose the place, event or person with your readers in mind. The subject should be one that you feel comfortable presenting to others and that will lead these high school seniors to reflect on their own lives or on the differences between their personal experiences and your own. Present your experience dramatically and vividly so that readers can imagine what the place or event was like for you or how the person you choose to write about has shaped your life. Work hard to show–not merely tell–your readers why this person, place or event has been so influential. Through a careful choice of words and details, convey the meaning and importance in your life so that your readers (your peers) will feel the importance of the message that you are sharing. How can you inspire them with your words?
Requirements:
Your final draft should be approximately 1,000 words (4 – 4 1/2 pages).
Your essay must be typed, in 12 point Times New Roman font and in MLA format.
Please save your essay in doc, docx, pdf or rtf formats only!

To: All Employees
From: S. Edwards, General Manager
Subject: Abuse of Copiers
Date: May 10, 20XX
It has recently been brought to my attention that many of the people who are employed by this company have taken advantage of their positions by availing themselves of the copiers. More specifically, these machines are being used for other than company business.
Obviously, such practice is contrary to company policy and must cease and desist immediately. I wish therefore to inform all concerned – those who have abused the policy or will be abusing it – that their behavior cannot and will not be tolerated. Accordingly, anyone in the future who is unable to control himself will have his employment terminated.
If there are any questions about company policy, please feel free to contact this office.

This research paper in MLA format, must be about the short story “The Lottery”, by Shirley Jackson, written in June 18th 1948 and published on June 26th of the same year.
It’s for the subject ENC1101: English Composition I.
I already started my research paper but I don’t have time for it.
I already sent another research paper (my first one ever) for the same professor, and my point of view was pretty much conservative (right wing). So I would like this one to keep the same approach, so he doesn’t notice any difference.
Some ideas:
Shirley Jackson was apparently investigated as a communist sympathizer at the time.
I have attached the book itself and several peer review articles, that we use as reference, though the professor said we can use even websites, as long as they are “renowned” (not wikipedia).
One more thing:
English is not my first language (it’s Spanish instead), so a super duper perfect research paper might be suspicious. I can speak fluidly but I want it just almost perfect. Not 100% super grammatically perfect.
Notes:
The MLA Research paper fpormat includes the Woprks Cited section at the end, with the citations properly formatted in MLA.
If everything works well then I will order at least 4 more research papers.
