Instructions are process descriptions written to help readers perform a specific task. When you write instructions, you use the same planning, drafting, reviewing, editing, and proofreading process that you use with other kinds of technical documents. In addition, you might perform one other task – usability testing – to ensure that the instructions are accurate and easy to follow.
Assume you are going to familiarize your colleagues with the process of creating a blog on a blogging platform such as WordPress or Blogger. You are to write a set of instructions that one can use to create a blog, upload a photo with a caption, and write a post with a link to another page. Set up your own blog and create a post that includes a photo with a caption and a link. Then write a clear set of instructions for someone who knows how to operate a computer but has not set up and posted to a blog. For more information, access the following document: Instructions.
Parameters
Designing a set of instructions is much like designing any other kind of technical document. You want to create a document that is attractive and easy to use. When you design a set of instructions, you need to consider a number of issues related to both document design and page design:What are your readers’ expectations?
Do you need to create more than one set of instructions for different audiences?
What languages should you use?
Will readers be anxious about the information?
Will the environment in which the instructions are read affect the document design?
Format
Introduction: Provides the preliminary information that readers will need in order to follow the instructions safely and easily. Every set of instructions is unique and therefore calls for a different introduction. Where appropriate, consider answering the following six questions:Who should carry out this task?
Why should the reader carry out this task?
When should the reader carry out this task?
What safety measures or other concerns should the reader understand?
What items will the reader need?
How long will the task take?
Step-by-step instructions.Number the instructions. For long, complex instructions, use a two-level numbering system.
Present the right amount of information in each step.
Use the imperative mood.
Do not confuse steps and feedback statements.
Include graphics.
Do not omit articles (a, an, the) to save space.
Conclusion: States that the reader has now completed the task; can also end with maintenance tips or a troubleshooting guide (a table) that identifies common problems and explains how to solve them.
Length: Is approximately two pages with headers for this assignment. Remember that this is just a guideline. This assignment will be due on Sunday by 11:59 p.m. ET

Plagiarism
You are expected to write primarily in your own voice, using paraphrase, summary, and synthesis techniques when integrating information from class and outside sources. Use an author’s exact words only when the language is especially vivid, unique, or needed for technical accuracy. Failure to do so may result in charges of Academic Dishonesty.
Overusing an author’s exact words, such as including block quotations to meet word counts, may lead your readers to conclude that you lack appropriate comprehension of the subject matter or that you are neither an original thinker nor a skillful writer.

In one paragraph, present the problem you wish to solve, either in the workplace or your community, and propose a solution to that problem. Identify a specific decision-maker (or makers if, for example, you propose a solution to a workplace issue in your department that might require action by the HR director and your department head). Examples of such people might be your apartment community manager, the director of base housing where you are stationed, your department head in your workplace, or your commander for your military unit.
To make your Project Proposal convincing, you must answer the question, “How will my workplace or community (this should be narrowly defined as your neighborhood, apartment community, school, base housing community, etc.) be made better because of the solution(s) I recommend?”
After making your post, review the posts of your classmates. Afterwards, post specific suggestions to help classmates refine their chosen topics and improve their Project Proposals. Is there anything else you think a decision-maker should know? Are problems described with an adequate amount of detail? Are the proposed solutions convincing?

Hi, I just did my essay on here and I had gotten it all wrong, and would like someone to please write it in a way that the teacher would not think its plagarism because even though someone did it for me here and it was not plagraised, the teacher still saw that it was, and I also want the words to seem like they are high school words so that the teacher can tell that I wrote it. I will put an example below of what another students essay looks like.
