You will write a 2,500-word (9-10 page, double-spaced) term paper for this cours

You will write a 2,500-word (9-10 page, double-spaced) term paper for this course, which will be comprised of two parts:
Part 1: Reflection on key learning – (500 words)
During the course, we will have worked on 14 topics. You are required to select the topic of which you think learning will be most relevant for your future career. (Use Leadership as Topic) In explaining the importance of this topic and how it will benefit your career, you need also to refer to relevant theories on the topic and your own perspective with critical analysis (i.e., in what ways do you think this topic will benefit your future work, and it what ways do you think it is not particularly relevant for your future work? (Use Laywer as Future work) Are there critics of the theory? Why or why not?)
Part 2: The Essay – (max 2000 words)
You are to choose one of the session topics and make a critical case study on this topic using a real organization. (Use Leadership as topic again) Ideally, this will be an organization you currently work for or have worked for in the past. If you have never worked, choose an organization you have a lot of knowledge about or can easily access.
The requirements for Part 2 of the essay are:
the topic was covered in one of the 10 weeks this term.
you use an organization you know well (you have worked there, or still work there, or a company contact there). The point is that it is easy for you to get information about this organization
your case analysis should develop towards a critical discussion of the theories that are relevant to your organization. You should demonstrate which aspects of your organization DO and DO NOT ‘fit the model’ (i.e., what can or cannot be explained by the theories we discussed with reference to your organization)
any sources used must be referenced in the Appendix using the title “References.” Understandably, you will be using information you have from personal experience or from relations working in the organization you are analyzing. In these cases, simply put an in-text reference like (personal experience) or (personal conversation). You can vary the way you do this, but the requirement is that you give some indication as to where or how you acquired this information.
your submission will not be made public. However, if you feel that you are using information that might be too sensitive for the organization, you may anonymize the organization and/or persons. In any case, please set the context for your chosen organization by briefly describing what the organization does, where it is based, how big it is, etc.
your grade will be determined by the following criteria: Focus (setting up a clear essay question to address, staying on topic), Synthesis (bringing together relevant literature in a significant manner), Soundness (demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the topic, providing a critical discussion), Clarity of Structure (well organized and logically constructed), Mechanical Soundness (clearly written, spell checked, referenced appropriately)
please use Times New Roman (12-point font), double-spaced, 1” margins

I attached the documents below.
The original instructions were:
The purpose of this assignment is to conduct internal and external research to determine viable solutions that could be implemented to solve an identified problem.
For this assignment, you will create an Excel spreadsheet that summarizes the data collection you have completed. The spreadsheet should indicate the date on which particular data were collected, the source of the data collected, the type of data (qualitative or quantitative), and a one- or two-sentence summary of the data findings. Name the Excel spreadsheet as follows: lastname.firstname.datacollection.xlsx.
Please note that as part of the research process, taking the initiative to speak with management and then requesting and reviewing business metrics and operations reports will allow you to find the data you need for the project while also showing your employer that you can be proactive and use critical thinking to solve problems within the organization.
Part 1:
The first step in data collection is to conduct research. You are looking for specific, measurable data (statistics and numbers) related to how the problem is affecting the organization. This information should be recorded in the form of a chart or graph that presents the data so key decision makers can see the “cost” of failing to address the problem. Use the study materials for assistance with creating Excel graphs and charts that can be used to illustrate your findings.
Part 2:
Next, conduct additional research to learn what has already been done to address this problem within the organization. Ask questions and interview individuals who assisted with the implementation of previous solutions used to address the problem. Prior to meeting with individuals, develop a list of questions about previous solutions. Consider factors such as customer importance, efficiency, quality, employee satisfaction, and cost effectiveness. You will want to make sure you ask questions that allow you to gather measurable data and include information about how successful previous solution options were in addressing each of the problems. When you have completed your research, the findings should be summarized in an illustration using at least one chart or graph that represents the data you have collected. Use the study materials for assistance with creating Excel graphs and charts that can be used to illustrate your findings.
Part 3:
The last step in determining potential solutions is to conduct external research. Using Internet and industry resources, research ways other companies have addressed this issue or one very similar to it. Look for specific information related to the customer response, efficiency, quality, employee satisfaction, and cost effectiveness of solutions others have implemented. Find at least five potential solutions you can consider for solving the problem you have identified. Your goal in conducting this research is to find practical examples and measurable data related to how other companies, and related industries, have resolved the same problem or one very similar to it. When you have completed your research, the findings should be summarized in an illustration using at least one chart or graph, representing the data you have collected. Use the study materials for assistance with creating Excel graphs and charts, as this will help illustrate your findings.
Submit the data collection Excel spreadsheet and the three data summary charts/graphs you have created from the research conducted to your instructor.
I added a photo of the feedback from my instructor.
My assignments are labeled “alexism.data.” and “bechmark470.”
I added a copy of my classmate’s excel sheet (Griffin.Shaw) for guidance and also. (schmitt.bobb..)
below…
Helpful tips:
it would be your 5 potential solutions tab. It does have numbers, so you can make a chart for that portion. You should also put a brief blurp talking about the info so that when you do your summary slide you have more to build off. There is a link below from week 2 that shows how to use your data to make a chart. It is easy and takes 2 clicks, and you’re done. As for your info, create 1 tab that shows the failure to address your problem and any data that shows the problem exists, another tab that shows previous attempts to fix the problem and any data that shows if it was successful or not and potentially why, and another tab that shows your 5 potential solutions and data that show your expected outcomes, and your final tab should be a summary of all that also shows your references.

In the Learning Activity “Critical Areas of Financial Analysis” you learned how the opinions of other analysts are a way for managers to make decisions. Examine Table 1.3 (Bond Ratings) carefully and understand the different classifications of bonds by the different analysts. Then, conduct research and find an organization that offers a bond with a “Very High Quality” rating and one that offers bond with a “Very Poor” rating as stated in the table. Provide the link to the financials and examine them. List at least three financial factors for each organization that you feel are the reasons for the analyst ratings. Do you agree with the analyst ratings? Why or not? Would you personally invest in the organization by buying the bonds? Why or why not?

Scenario
As a director of leadership and learning, you collaborate with many different employees throughout the prosthetics manufacturing organization you work for. You were recently contacted by Eduardo, who was promoted from an individual contributor to a manager four months ago. Eduardo is seeking your advice on developing his leadership style after receiving his first quarterly review from his supervisor.
The following are the key takeaways from your conversation with Eduardo:
“I’ve been told that I am extremely intelligent and typically get to solutions before others. However, this can lead me toward moving too quickly to implementing a solution when the organization is two steps behind. I was cautioned that this can create a disconnect with my team. I’m told to focus on working alongside my team to better empower them. However, I get frustrated with the lack of responsiveness from the organization and my team. My supervisor says this can create insecurity and frustration, with people feeling they cannot live up to my expectations.”
After your meeting with Eduardo, you follow up with his supervisor to gain additional insight. This was their feedback:
“Eduardo does not leverage his team to create the desired vision. Because he is intelligent and gets to answers faster than most, he loses patience and decides to do all the work himself. By doing so, he misses out on the input of others and fails to garner support for the vision. When he becomes quickly entrenched in his position, he often ignores valid input and alternative points of view.”
“Eduardo thinks he knows best and hence may not always listen to others. Nor does he inspire confidence in his team. As a result, his ‘professional arrogance’ creates more of a dictatorial leadership style, which in turn produces adversarial relationships internally (Eduardo versus everyone). I am concerned that over time this outcome will also spread to external partners. In the end, we will continue to lose talent, which will eventually impact business performance.”
Since the vice president of leadership and learning has asked you to create an adaptive leadership toolkit, these conversations are extremely valuable because they provide specific insight into areas of leadership that can be improved across the organization. Some of the strategies that you recommend for Eduardo’s situation can be used to help inform the improvement of leadership skills throughout the prosthetics manufacturing organization.
Prompt
Given the case as described, provide an analysis of Eduardo’s situation as it currently exists and recommend steps he can take to help transform his leadership style.
Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:
Define the following leadership skills and explain why Eduardo should focus on developing each of these:Strategic thinking
Emotional intelligence
Communication skills
Describe two actionable steps Eduardo should take towards developing these leadership skills and explain how each step might help improve his situation.
Explain how Eduardo can utilize the flywheel effect to transform his leadership style and identify the tasks he should perform to promote gradual improvement that provides tangible evidence his strategy is yielding results. Support your response.
What to Submit
Submit a Word document using double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margins. This assignment must be 2 to 4 pages in length and include references cited in APA format.
