I am seeking creative visual brand identity development for my real estate house-buying business. I have a good idea of what I am trying to convey (in words) but need a creative branding (or marketing strategy) specialist to listen to this idea and translate it into a visual identity or theme for my business, which I can base my logo and website design around. I can share several competitors I believe have done this well and the identity I want to develop so you can get an idea of the personality I am trying to build for this brand. To clarify, I am just looking for creative ideas, not graphic design work, yet. Simply identify one or more themes with an idea for a logo, wordmark, icon, and colors to match.
