Draw the action potential

Use draw.io to carefully, accurately, and thoroughly:
Draw the action potential diagram for a cardiac myocyte cell.
Draw the action potential diagram for the pacemaker cell.
In each diagram, you MUST accurately and clearly label all phases, ion flow, and membrane polarity. Include a proper legend for both diagrams.
Each diagram should be accompanied by a brief write-up.

Hello, I have written the materials and methods as well as the results section o

Hello, I have written the materials and methods as well as the results section of my thesis. I am now seeking assistance with developing the remaining sections as outlined in the thesis rules/recommendations document. Additionally, I would appreciate help in revising the materials and methods and results sections for improvement. I have attached the materials and methods, results section, thesis recommendations, thesis rule, my research presentation, and the sources I read/used during my research (you could also add more if you find some more out there). These documents can provide valuable insight into completing the remaining sections. Thank you for your assistance.

Instructions are in file #1. File #2 is the Uber Pay Gap. This is a biostatistics class. So far we have learned about mean, median, mode, deviation, quartile, positively/negatively skewed. Let me know if you have any questions. Please make sure to reference.

Hi, please read carefully the instructions and follow it as directed and let me know if you have any questions. The deadline is March 2, 2024. Please use your own words and do not plagiarize.
The first writing assignment is to write an introduction. Your introduction topic will will be based on Enzyme Activity. Your introduction should specifically focus on the Environmental Condition you tested which is called “Varying the substrate concentration” (data is already collected and is attached in the image) . This writing assignment should be written in the format of a peer-reviewed journal article. It is expected that you will have a minimum of three citations (one can be the lab handout which I have attached as Lab 5 Enzyme Activity Handout) used in your introduction.
Please view rubric and slides as well. For the slides, slides 3-6 have instructions on them.

The goal of this lab exercise is to investigate and understand how planets orbit

The goal of this lab exercise is to investigate and understand how planets orbit the Sun. When you look up to the sky you might notice that some planets periodically move backwards. This is an apparent motion called retrograde motion and it does not reflect the real movement of the planets. We will not investigate retrograde motion but instead we will analyze the actual orbits of planets. The planetary motion simulator, an excel spreadsheet, is the basis for this exercise. Please, read the material carefully before you start the lab.

Submit your bulleted list for the organ system overview to the discussion topic.

Submit your bulleted list for the organ system overview to the discussion topic.

Submit your bulleted list for the organ system overview to the discussion topic. You must include the key anatomical features, key physiological functions, and histology, as well as some interesting facts, findings, and health issues related to this system supported by appropriate citations. In response to your classmates’ posts on other systems, comment on their choices, research, and share a descriiption of at least one function that requires the interaction of both the system you have chosen and the system the classmate has chosen. Identify key anatomical features of your selected organ system, list them, and describe each briefly.
Identify key physiological functions of the organ system and its key histology features (i.e., the cell and tissue types found in this organ system) that enable its physiological functions. List these features with a brief descriiption of each physiological function and cell/tissue type.
List 2 interesting facts and 2 health issues related to this organ system. Include a brief descriiption of each one.
List your research sources for the initial post such as valid websites (CDC, etc.), and links to the scientific articles, but NOT Wikipedia.

1. The abstract section includes general background information about photosynth

1. The abstract section includes general background information about photosynthesis and the parameters of the spinach leaf lab experiment. For full credit, this section contains 3-5 sentences. These sentences should be grammatically correct, and contain appropriate scientific vocabulary.
2.Hypothesis: You will state the hypothesis this will be one clear sentence with appropriate scientific vocabulary regarding the leaf discs in light/dark and whether they float or do not float.
3.This section is a list of the items used to complete the lab. It can be in bullet or paragraph form.
4.This section should be a paragraph describing the data table and graph in the results section. In this section state whether the hypothesis was supported or was not supported. For full credit, this section should contain 3-5 sentences clear sentences. These sentences should be grammatically correct, and contain appropriate scientific vocabulary. Any explanation of possible source of error would be found here.
5. Three APA citations are required for full credit. The method for finding citations has been referenced several times in this course, due to its significance. More details, including the link, can be found under Start Here! There will not be a specific reference to this learning lab, so you will want to search for a related topic. This will allow you to see what types of research are currently being done in this field. You might try searching for photosynthetic activity in chloroplasts, the significance of chlorophyll, or carbon availability.

Body paragraphs
Identify the open reading frame by highlighting in bold red text the start and stop codons on the FASTA cDNA sequence included in the appendix, and calculate the predicted molecular weight of the protein produced by the open reading frame. (1 point)
Propose an experiment that can allow you to identify its interacting partner proteins (a summary scheme of your experiment can be included in appendix B after the FASTA cDNA nucleotide sequence), and include positive and negative controls in your experimental design. (1 point)
Generate a restriction map of your cDNA, and propose a cloning strategy of your cDNA (including the open reading frame) into a eukaryotic expression vector (a summary scheme of your cloning strategy along with a circular map of the cloning vector should be included in appendix C). (1 point)
You wish to investigate the biological function of your gene of interest in a cancer cell line, where you discover that expression of your gene of interest is dysregulated. You check its mRNA and protein expression and you are able to confirm that misexpression of your gene of interest stems from the fact that it is post-transcriptional. Therefore, you decide to determine if there are miRNAs and or tsRNAs involved in its regulation.
A. Using the miRNA search engine (https://mirbase.org/), provide the list of potential miRNAs involved in the regulation of your gene of interest (the miRNA list should be included in appendix D), and highlight in bold green text the binding sites of the strongest miRNA binding sites on the cDNA provided in appendix A. In addition, provide a short overview of what miRNA are (1/2 – 1 page). (1 point)
B. Using the tsRNA search engine (https://rna.sysu.edu.cn/tsRFun/), provide the list of potential tsRNA involved in the regulation of your gene of interest (the tsRNA list should be included in appendix E), and highlight in bold blue text their binding sites on the cDNA provided in appendix A. In addition, provide a short overview of what tsRNA are (1/2 – 1 page).
conclusion
In the conclusion of your report, assume that the gene you selected is dysregulated – Discuss the best possible experiment you can use to
Appendices A-E: Should include in the order shown bleow (1 point)
Appendix A (cDNA sequence with highlighted relevant information as specified in the instructions).
Appendix B (Summary scheme of experiment about interacting proteins).
Appendix C (Summary scheme of cloning strategy along with a circular map of the cloning vector).
Appendix D (List of miRNAs).
Appendix E (List of tsRNAs).

The report should be written with Arial font size: 11, spacing: 1.5. No pictures are allowed in the report 7 pages minimum .

Please do not forget to number your references and to cite the references in your report.
