Daniella ( Dani) 29 years has been in the UK for the last 2 years. She was working
in restaurant and was paid cash in hand by the owner, she enjoyed the atmosphere
of the restaurant and welcomed the finances to support her as she studied at
University. Dani made good progress in her first year on a media course and did
have some friends from the course. Things have become more challenging for Dani

friend’s from university place and her hours at the restaurant have dried up. Her
attendance at university has dropped and she is on verge of being asked to leave
the course. In the last week her friend has asked her to leave and now Dani has
